Experience and Skills:
Skills required are excellent time management, problem solving, communication, maturity, and the ability to build strong teams with and for persons served. Must be available locally for rotating on-call responsibilities. Must have a demonstrated commitment to the improvement of the lives of people with disabilities and a commitment to serve in this position for a minimum of two years.
This position is not an 8:00 am to 5:00 pm position. Applicant must be willing to be available to their staff before and after regular business hours. The applicant must also be available to provide coverage when there is a staff shortage. This position requires the applicant to be available for at least one on-call shift per month.
