Job Description:

Case Manager position available for energetic, dedicated social service warrior within a supported living agency serving adults with developmental disabilities in the community. Duties include case management, staff supervision and training, documentation, problem solving, direct participant personal care, resource development, and person centered planning. Applicants must possess a B.A./B.S. degree and MUST have at least two years experience serving adults with developmental disabilities in inclusive settings.  Send cover letter and resume in a MS word document. Experience and Skills:

Skills required are excellent time management, problem solving, communication, maturity, and the ability to build strong teams with and for persons served. Must be available locally for rotating on-call responsibilities. Must have a demonstrated commitment to the improvement of the lives of people with disabilities and a commitment to serve in this position for a minimum of two years.

This position is not an 8:00 am to 5:00 pm position.  Applicant must be willing to be available to their staff before and after regular business hours.  The applicant must also be available to provide coverage when there is a staff shortage.  This position requires the applicant to be available for at least one on-call shift per month.
