Seeking a friendly, professional individual to impact participant and guest experiences through greeting participants, guests and community agencies and providing direction and information as appropriate.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Recruitment Specialist will develop Inalliance's Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing strategies by bringing modern marketing methods and tactics to the recruiting process in order to attract top candidates in the market. Recruitment activities will result in an increase of viable candidates for the agency. The Recruitment Specialist carries out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas:

  • Collaborating with hiring managers on a regular basis proactively identifies future hiring needs in concert with organizational goals
  • Plans and implements a recruitment marketing and employer branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants
  • Identify the tactics and platforms that will be most effective in reaching a specified target audience
  • Create and implement strategies for building a talent network/talent community
  • Plans and implements recruitment campaigns
  • Tracks, measures and report on campaign results
  • Oversees agency’s career site and implements improvements
  • Creates engaging job descriptions in collaboration with CHRO and hiring managers
  • Monitor online resources and plan and execute activities for engaging reviewers
  • Designs and plans recruiting events
  • Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events
  • Generate monthly updates for Inalliance leadership about upcoming recruitment marketing initiatives
  • Creates monthly reports on key recruitment marketing metrics
  • Suggest new ideas for improving candidate experience and engagement
  • Researches marketing and advertising trends in the staffing industry
  • Keep abreast of new trends in social media channels regarding staff recruitment

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION and/or EXPERIENCE

BA/BS Degree in related field preferred. Knowledge of applicable state and federal regulations regarding employment recruitment and interviewing of potential and actual applicants. Experience and demonstrated ability in the human resource field. Excellent organizational and written communication skills. Ability to maintain a harmonious working relationship with internal and external customers. Ability to make independent judgments, organize workload efficiently and maintain several assignments simultaneously. Employee must pass a criminal record clearance. Employee must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (within InAlliance’s guidelines) from the Department of Motor Vehicles.
