Job Description:

InAlliance is a community based non-profit organization serving adults with developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injury. Our goal is to help adults learn to live more independent lives.

We support adults with developmental disabilities by teaching living skills, training in home management skills and developing social skills.

We are searching for great staff to join our dedicated team of Independent Living Facilitators (Direct Support Professionals). If you have a passion for teaching new things and helping others this may be the opportunity for you.

If you live in the Woodland or Davis area (or know someone in these area's who would appreciate this opportunity) and want to help support people within your community WHILE GETTING PAID, please take a few moments to complete our application.

We have the following positions available:

House #1: Sunday & Tuesday 5pm to 9pm, Friday 10am to 1pm & 5pm-9pm

House #2: Monday through Friday 2:45pm to 9pm

House #3: Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 3pm to 9pm, Saturday 4pm-1opm, Sunday 2pm to 4pm

House #4: Monday, Wednesday & Friday 7am to 11pm, Tuesday/Thursday 3pm to 11pm

House #5: Monday through Thursday 8am-2:30pm, Friday 2pm-8:30pm, Sunday 1pm to 5pm

House #6: 1st & 3rd Weekends OR 2nd, 4th & 5th Weekends (Hours: Saturday 6pm-8am, Sunday 6pm-8am)

House #7: Monday through Friday 2pm to 9pm.  Saturday & Sunday 8am-9pm

Required for hire:

  • Your own vehicle (in good working condition)
  • Valid CA drivers license
  • Auto Insurance
  • Able to pass a criminal background check
  • Experience with Behavior Management
  • Experience working with people with Developmental Disabilities
