Job Description:

InAlliance is a non-profit social service organization that supports adults with developmental disabilites in learning independence skills both at home and in the community.

The Independent Living Facilitator (ILF) provides for the care, fellowship, and protection of persons who because of physical or mental infirmity cannot care for themselves. Such services may include accompanying persons with disabilities in the community; household work including meal preparation, bed-making, clothes-washing and other similar services. General household work not related to the care of the Consumer does not exceed 20% of the total weekly hours worked. The responsibilities of the ILF shall vary based upon the needs of the agency and the needs and preferences of the Consumer(s), but shall not exceed the limitations of a personal attendant under wage order 15 of the California Code.

The man who is hiring currently is a student at Sacramento State University.  Because he has Cerebral Palsey he is looking to hire a support person to help with household chores, meal preparation, person hygiene and companionship services.  This gentleman is in his early 20's and is an avid gamer.  If you are compassionate, great at chores and a stellar gamer, please complete this application.

SHIFT: Monday-Friday 1p-5p  & 1st/3rd/5th Weekends: Friday 10pm through to Sunday 10pm (48 hours shift)
